Where to find the providers that process firm data on OrdoMetric's behalf, and how changes are announced.
The register of providers that process firm data on OrdoMetric's behalf is published as a legal document at /legal/sub-processors, with a version number, an effective date and a change log; the same register appears on the security page. It has two parts: the processors OrdoMetric engages for every firm (or, for the AI providers, once a firm enables AI), and the processors a firm selects itself, such as an alternative AI provider or the firm's own Dropbox or Google Drive account.
Changes are announced to firm Owners by email at least 30 days before a new provider processes firm data [verify DPA notice period]. The Data processing agreement incorporates the register by reference and describes what a firm can do if it objects to an addition.
