Questions firms ask first
- Where is our data stored?
- On the pilot, in Singapore (asia-southeast1) with Cloudflare terminating TLS at the edge. India hosting (Mumbai, backups in Delhi) is available for firms that require it. Documents are encrypted under a per-firm key on every setup.
- Can we keep documents in our own Dropbox or Google Drive?
- Yes. An Owner can connect a firm account; new uploads then live there and OrdoMetric keeps only an encrypted OAuth token and the metadata it needs.
- Do you send our files to an AI provider?
- Only if your firm switches the AI module on. It is off by default, the Owner accepts a sub-processor notice first, and cases or notes can be excluded individually.
- Is there a contract under Nepali law?
- Yes. The service agreement and data-processing terms are governed by the law of Nepal and reference the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 and the Individual Privacy Regulation, 2077.
