Questions firms ask first

Where is our data stored?
On the pilot, in Singapore (asia-southeast1) with Cloudflare terminating TLS at the edge. India hosting (Mumbai, backups in Delhi) is available for firms that require it. Documents are encrypted under a per-firm key on every setup.
Can we keep documents in our own Dropbox or Google Drive?
Yes. An Owner can connect a firm account; new uploads then live there and OrdoMetric keeps only an encrypted OAuth token and the metadata it needs.
Do you send our files to an AI provider?
Only if your firm switches the AI module on. It is off by default, the Owner accepts a sub-processor notice first, and cases or notes can be excluded individually.
Is there a contract under Nepali law?
Yes. The service agreement and data-processing terms are governed by the law of Nepal and reference the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 and the Individual Privacy Regulation, 2077.
